European housewares brand Brabantia appoints Montage

barbarantia.jpg Montage Communications has won a five-way pitch to manage the UK-wide public relations account for Brabantia, one of the top housewares brands in Europe.

Bristol-based Montage has been successfully running Brabantia’s international social media account for the past 12 months and now plans to create an innovative multi-tiered campaign to fuse the best of digital PR with traditional PR and print media.
 
Aime Southgate, director at Montage said: “Over the past year we’ve been using social media to raise Brabantia’s profile, showcasing its expertise and passion for interior design and trends whilst reinforcing the brand’s commitment to creating functional, timeless and iconic products.”
 
Having already positioned Brabantia as an industry thought leader with key online international interior designers, fashionistas and domestic goddesses via social media, the PR campaign will reinforce this messaging inspiring consumers to see their ‘home as a venue’ by giving their guests the restaurant experience in their home through beautiful tableware, decor, ambience and staying on trend.

Brabantia is one of the top three housewares brands in Europe, and has its UK head office, manufacturing and logistics facility at Nailsea, Bristol.  The company also has factories in Holland, Belgium, Latvia and China.
