Dominic will be responsible for all above and below the line media as well as brand development, customer and digital marketing. He will report to chief marketing officer, Peter Markey and begins his role in February 2012. Dominic joins from Capital One where he held the post of marketing director, with responsibility for leading a cross-functional marketing department including marcomms, marketing strategy and analysis, proposition design, market research and campaign management. Prior to that, Dominic was head of marketing – broadband acquisition at BT. He has also held roles at Unilever, working on the Dove and Lux brands. Welcoming Dominic to his team, Peter Markey said: “Dominic is an excellent addition to the team. His wealth of experience and knowledge will help shape the MORE TH>N brand and help us to grow further in the next decade. “I’m confident he has the skills and experience to continue to drive the business forward, taking MORE TH>N to the next stage of its exciting journey.” Commenting on his appointment, Dominic said: “I’m delighted to be joining MORE TH>N.
