brandpie.jpgKevin Keohane, an expert in employer brand building and employee brand engagement, will join BrandPie, the creative brand strategists, from 1 December 2011.

He will have a specific remit to continue building their capabilities in the “inside out” transformational branding space.

Keohane has most recently built a London agency’s employer brand and brand engagement offering into a global practice group with presence in more than 15 countries and a client list including BP, BT, The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Greater China, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Openreach, Syngenta and others.

He said: “Tomorrow’s winning brands will be positioned and built from the inside-out; I believe that the brand challenges of business management today are directly linked to attracting, motivating and retaining talent. Increasingly, employer branding needs to look beyond the immediate world of recruitment and be more closely integrated into overall reputation management. I’m incredibly excited to be joining BrandPie and having a real business impact through strategic creativity.”

BrandPie founders Dave Allen and Roger Partington are clear on the need for the talent-driven agenda in successful branding. “Most of our clients no longer see the ‘people’ side of brand management as optional, and the best results come when brand and talent are completely aligned on all fronts,” Allen says.
