Seeking a French speaking Client Account Manager / Partner Relationship Manager to join a leading digital agency that is proud to include eBay, Google, Cancer Research UK and Expedia in their long term client list. This role will see you work on their high profile eBay European media account.Joining this multi-award winning (Sunday Times Tech Track 100, NMA Effectiveness, eConsultancy, Revolution) digital agency our client is at the forefront of the industry delivering media, social, creative and technical solutions to high profile organisations that are actually shaping the way the internet is used.
As a key member of their eBay Account Management / Partner Relationship team you will work exclusively with eBay helping to manage long-term media partnerships and display activity across eleven countries in Europe.
As a bright, analytical and multilingual Client Account Manager / Partner Relationship Manager expect to:
• Be the strategic lead on French and Italian markets working closely with client staff and a tight knit team.
• Manage day to day relationships with valuable long-term partners on behalf of eBay.
• Take an active role in managing eBay’s unique media targeting solutions.
• Source, recruit and launch new partners to the eBay partner portfolio.
• Manage client budgets and performance to optimise existing activity and scope out new opportunities.
• Ensure the freshness and currency of creative and activity with partners and manage creative briefs with eBay’s creative agency and in coordination with the client.
• Mentor team members and support their growth.
As a multilingual role you will be responsible for managing the high profile eBay European account, it is therefore essential that you are fluent in French as well as possessing a strong understanding and empathy with consumers in France. Working at the cutting edge of digital marketing you will need to be an exceptionally talented person with first-hand experience of working in a B2C, commercial marketing team preferably within a customer facing role. You will also need to be extremely numerical/analytical, possess a good knowledge of marketing channels and have a passion for the online marketplace whilst showing strong communication and client facing skills Any exposure to digital advertising within France would be extremely valuable as would be fluency in any other European languages.
