Childcare standards setting organisation partners with Forster

PACEY_nursery_photo_090413.jpgThe newly re-launched Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY) has selected Forster Communications to work on the charity’s public relations following a change of strategy and associated rebrand from the National Childminding Association (NCMA) which was completed in March. PACEY is the standard-setting association for all childcare professionals.

Forster is tasked with raising awareness around the rebrand and increasing PACEY’s profile with childcare professionals, government and regulators in England and Wales and parents. The re-launch comes at a critical time for the childcare sector as a number of changes come into effect following recent government announcements on funding, quality control and policy. PACEY will provide information, training and support to its growing community of childminder, nanny and nursery worker members as well as provide one voice for them, representing their concerns and increasing recognition of their role.

The NSMC will be able to share Ogilvy's private sector marketing expertise with public sector clients. Additionally, Ogilvy PR staff will be trained by the NSMC to further the behavioural marketing expertise of its offices around the world.
